Added 2021-06-29 18:11:52 +0000 UTCI might have to sit down and work up a proper tutorial to explain this process, but it's wild how flexible and effective it is. Especially color maps. The Mass Effect background? All color maps. It's wild. Now, maybe this technique is excessive if you're doing some basic cell shading type deal. Drop a multiply or hard light layer on there and call it a day, but I'd still be tempted to color this way, even if it was a "simple" color. It's just so easy to adjust and introduce environmental color effects. Still learning, but I'm really liking where this all is going.
