May 2024 Pinup: Lucy WIP

I had planned on having this piece and all it's outfit variants done today, but I just don't think I'm going to hit that deadline. But I'm really liking how it's progressing, and I wanted to show it off before the month concludes. The finished image(s) will post soon! My apologies for the delay.

She's from Fallout, the show specifically, but I understand there's also a Lucy in the games... but it might not be the same one?
