It's been a while! (Smashified, trophies, Zeldafied update)

Hey everybody! It's been a while hasn't it? Let's talk a bit about what's been going on with the channel and where things have been. There's been that news going around about the adboycott where advertisers have been pulling out from Youtube. Our channel has been relatively unaffected by this because of the type of content we have on our channel so on that front we are all good. So why have we not been uploading to our channel lately? Honestly, we've just been exceptionally busy with our day jobs, which has made it difficult to work on channel content.

As it stands right now, the format for art videos on Smashified demands a lot of production time, both from an art and editing standpoint, and can often take us up to a month or longer to complete a single episode. However, I can say that we do have multiple episodes that are in the pipeline that we've been working on simultaneously, which are almost finished in terms of the art creation and editing. Expect more Smashified episodes coming very soon. 

Trophies 

Lets talk about that series. We have two trophies coming up that we have announced online. If you haven't seen the preview of Ganon, definitely check him out here on our last update  or on twitter. Another trophy in the pipeline is Wart, which Sean has been working on. Heres a little preview of that!

Zeldafied

Lastly, lets talk about Zeldafied and what that series represents for our channel. We've wanted to create Zelda art for a while, and when Breath of the Wild was shown off, our minds were blown. Being creatively driven, naturally we wanted to make something in that vein.  The concept for Zeldafied  is to create a series where we create Zelda characters in the any of the numerous styles from the Zelda franchise. (For Example, Ravio but done in the concept art style of Breath of the Wild—not a confirmed episode, by the way!) Its a way for us to explore what those characters would look like if they were in different games in the series.

For now, the series will be limited to Zelda characters just because there are a lot of characters from the older games that haven't seen new iterations in more recent games. Personally, I wanted Tingle in Breath of the Wild. I was also a little sad that the Minish were planned to be in the game but never made it past concept. Later we might open up the series to have characters from other games represented in the Zelda style, but for right now we are just going to keep it inside the world of Zelda.
