Arthur Morgan is (for me at least) the greatest protagonist of any piece of media I've ever watched or played. Last of Us was gripping but RDR2 is the one that brings me to tears every run lol

2025-02-07 07:13:36 +0000 UTCI personally don't feel rdr2 will translate well to a "watch" experience, there is too much, and too many missable little tidbits, and extra "not required" dialogue that just make up the whole experience. You really needs to spend 60-80 hours taking it all in for the big impact.... just my thoughts though, watching it would be "okay" at best imo.

Very insightful commentary as well! Also, just thought I'd throw it out there, the recent Mortal Kombat games have had some fun story modes, if you haven't already, you should check those out at some point!

2025-02-06 21:42:13 +0000 UTCRed dead redemption 2 was a life changing experience when I played it first, the game does such a good job making you feel alive within the world and the gang. It's also great to see returning and new characters and how the gang lived during the end of the outlaw era. Arthur's character and how he changes and grows through the story is beautiful yet heartbreaking at the same time, he's easily one of the best characters in gaming with how he grows throughout the story!
