Gosh, we're like more than halfway through August, aren't we? Holy shit... life is just chugging away! But hey, I'm not gonna complain whatsoever to have these summer months pass us up and make way for that beautiful, crisp autumn air! 🎐🍂💨 Not to mention, it's my most favorite time of the year so it can't come soon enough!
That all said, whew, just finished up a nice little workout (I know I'm not the fastest out there but hey... I'm proud of what I was able to accomplish in less than half an hour!) and I'm ready to just lay back and chill for the rest of this Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, I didn't get too much of a weekend this time around since Saturday ended up being chalk full of errand-running, however, I did cap it off with a trip to a new cafe downtown! ☕️ Although... what super sucked was that they didn't have A/C!!! And no joke... it was like 95°F / 36.66°C... and I'm not one for iced coffee 🫠
Anyway... why do I keep coming back to weather talk?! 😅 Maybe the heat is making my lose my mind or something? But regardless, I can only hope you're staying cool in your neck of the woods, and if ya happen to live in the Southern Hemisphere... well, I can only pray and hope you're taking the cool months all in and appreciating them for what ya got cause I'm super jealous of ya 😫

Oh that's awesome to hear! 🥰 I'm glad that the podcasts can just make a day go by quicker than usual, which is why in one way I try not to let the length of them get to me cause on one hand I'm like.... "these are way too long... I'm just going on and on"... but then on the other hand, I'm like, "well... some people really like them. But super duper glad to hear you getting more back to yourself! I know you love your workouts and weren’t able to in the past, but glad you are now! 🩵 Also super excited for the podcast!! I definitely need to get on watching the movie, but I do agree that a movie club would be a better option. Books are little tough not only time wise but accessibility wise too. I personally like physical copies of books, and I’ve tried looking for the books you’ve read in the past at Target, but to no avail. 😔 But super excited to talk about Only Yesterday and for the upcoming movies. It’ll definitely broaden my horizons for the type of movie I watch cause I don’t watch English/Hollywood movies. So this will be great for trying new things! Oh Animal Crossing! Good on you for fixing your island up cause mine has been abandoned for waaay too long. Maybe I should find my game and spruce up my island 😅
