[Check-In] Having each other’s back in uncertain times

Welp… last night sucked 😕 And that’s putting it very lightly, to say the least. But despite the outcome and what the real consequences might mean for so many people, I really do hope we can find hope in each other. That despite what might come around, that we can find peace knowing that no one is going anywhere and we will all continue to fight for each other, for each others rights, and for our right to exist.

And whether you’re from the US or not, thank you for being wonderful and decent human beings who have sent over such lovely messages my way and who help make this community what it is: a safe place. It’s not lost on me that you guys are what make this place go round, and I thank you for enabling me to do what I do.

But anyway, let’s keep our chin up, even if it’s really hard to do so right now.
