We've made it to the weekend! Hooray us 🥳 But now that we're here, I'm hoping that you guys can catch up on all the things that have been piling up, whether that be fun stuff or the boring ol' house duties of chores and running errands. As for me... well, in this audio you definitely get a bit of a preview as to how it is to follow me around while cleaning about my apartment 😅 What can I say? I try my best to keep this place nice and tidy, even when the weather is tossing dust all over the place!

But whatever it is you get up to, I hope that you enjoy a few days off before another week starts up! And for those who don't get the weekends off, I hope you're able to make it to your own off time so you too can enjoy time for yourself. Ya know I'm always wishing ya'll the best no matter what sorta schedule ya got, where you are, or what ya have going on 😉

Ah! All the cattos! Getting to hear Mikhail and Nori is oh so sweet! A big big hello to the three!! As for you, man you were very productive through the day! But yes, be sure to take those breaks and rest! Everyone needs their rest. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, if you don’t take breaks, your body will do it for you at the most inconvenient time! So get that rest MisterGeek! Cause also, the weather situation sounds rough. Dust is my number one enemy (I’m allergic to it 😅), so I cannot imagine how you are coping. In my neck of the woods, it’s getting hotter, which is nice, but it’s also supposed to rain later in the week? I don’t know, we’ll see when that comes. But for your audios, I feel like any length is good. I’ll listen to you for hours on end, which I have 😅. But I guess for ideal length, somewhere from 20-40 mins is a pretty good length. Not too long and not too short. But again, we’ll listen to anything at all! 🙌🏽

Hey GG, I feel you on feeling sluggish about not working out even for a few days. I had a really bad mental health day on Friday and I didn't go to the gym on Friday or Saturday and I now I feel flat. I'm missing my exercise endorphins. Just slowly get back into working out. And like, guys can work out heaps, lift heaps of heavy weights and not look *buff* unless they flex or pose because to look buff without trying requires you to get down to under 10% body fat, and that's not attainable for most guys. And let's be real, do you want to eat the diet that is required to maintain that physique? Most probably not. Just exercise as you are able and enjoy the endorphins. I love longer scripts. We feel SPOILED when they go longer. We love that shit. They're not too long, it's not a thing. I guarantee none of us say "Oh God, this is too long". We love everything.
