- Katana Saber and Scabbard

The Katana Saber, unable to retract on its own has a scabbard specifically designed to keep it contained when not in use.
(scabbard can be toggled off if you want it to work like a normal saber).
You can grab the scabbard independently, unsheathe, 2 hand it, drop them in the world etc.
Unsheathing is done via a physbone that you simply pull out on, the amount you need to pull to unsheathe can be controlled in the menu for ease of use.
Sheathing the katana is as simple as holding a thumbs up gesture, while touching the katana to the scabbard, they will lock together and you can click it right in with a satisfying sound effect.
You can also easily pass the blade to the other hand by either grabbing it two handed, and releasing with the other hand, or putting your hands close to eachother, then opening the hand with the katana. Passing to the other hand can be toggled off in the menu if you only want it to stay in one hand, and not accidentally pass it over.
Full interactive collision mechanics for both the Saber and the Bladed Katana.
Reacts to other people using either the same prefab or my other prefabs like Katana, Death Sickles , Photon Saber, Dual Photon Saber and Dragonscale Saber
Additionally reacts to stabbing other people as well using body contact senders.
All particle effects change color along with it, as well as it casting a light on to the world.

You can even do it with both katanas at the same time (recommend you turn off hand swap in the menu so the katanas don't overlap on eachother)
Using VRLabs Slash you can enable Swing particles in the menu to create satisfying slash effects (with sounds).
Saber Katana (as seen in this gif below) creates color swing effects depending on the sabers current color, and the Bladed katana creates a fiery effect of flames whenever you swing it.
A custom install script coded by Cam makes installing both prefabs incredibly simple and easy. All you need beforehand is Avatar manager in the project (and poiyomi shader) and then you simply open the installer, put your avatar into it and pick the locations where the katana will appear in hand and when equipped.
Then click Install.
Comes with quick dropdrown for materials setup as well as an uninstall button.

You must use one of the newer VRC SDK's which can only be downloaded through VCC, otherwise you are more than likely to encounter issues.

OPTIONAL:
VRCFuryFury can be used as part of the install script, in case you want the parameters and layers etc, merged only on upload.
Toggling the Scabbard off makes the Hilts act able to extend and retract instead of sheathing and unsheathing. Entirely changing how you use the weapons.
Two sets of menus, one for each Katana. All with custom made icons :)
Comes with 5 entire Hilt and Scabbard textures to choose from, automatically applied with the install script.
Additionally 5 different bladed textures are also included.

Here are the Substance Painter files in case you want to customize textures for yourself.
The blade itself has a different file because the fbx was updated halfway through, so if you wanna edit the blade texture, use this file :)
(the install script breaks if you reload unity, to fix it, simply remove the script object that was placed in the hierarchy, then create a new one from the toolbar and it will work fine again)
Ensure you have:
Avatar manager 3.0 installed in the project (you can do so through VCC)
Install Poiyomi 8 or above
Ensure you are not on an outdated SDK (older sdks have different physbone behavior that is not compatible with this prefab)
OPTIONAL:
Import the "SaberBladeKatana.unitypackage"
When imported, a new toolbar thing will appear at the top as "Liindy" Click it and open the installer for the prefab you want to install
(You can install both or seperate)
The installer has tooltips in unity that should guide you through the very simple process.
Please be aware this is a paid asset, and you are under no circumstances allowed to give the files to someone else.
