With the sound of a holy choir it will light up a cone infront of you and smite your foes.

If a person stands infront of your light cone it will start making a burning sizzling noise (including yourself you sinner).

Has toggles for every feature, you can toggle on/off:

You must use one of the newer VRC SDK's which can only be downloaded through VCC, otherwise you are more than likely to encounter issues.
