I'm Canceling v0.12.4

Version 0.12.4 is canceled. Version 0.13.0 will arrive in late June or early July as previously planned. 

I'm having trouble with some technical issues in the new version; I wanted to add potions for purchase to the material shop in the market as a request effect, but I had trouble with the old shop system (which is very static and hard-coded) and wanted to rewrite the underlying code, but that was getting annoying and taking a while, so I decided to make two separate shops with the idea of merging them later when I had more time, but then I was gonna have to copy the "earn a discount" mechanic over in a way that made sense, and that was surprisingly difficult to make happen, so I'm elbow deep in like three systems just to try to add a few items to the shop. I've been stressing myself out over this because I'm trying to rush to get it done alongside the request content (the request is a rather long one in itself and is still not completely written). Plus I would have to hide a bunch of half-finished things I started working on before I decided I wanted to do another patch (which I only decided to do because I wanted to update the links in the game to point to the wiki).

All that is to say, I'm scrambling to get this done and in reality all I'm doing is chopping off some content from v0.13 to justify a patch so I can change some in-game links. Instead of trying to scramble to get this patch out, I'm just gonna focus in on v0.13 and making sure I can release that on time. Trying to make this patch wasn't a good idea, I never planned on it, I wasn't really prepared to do it, and I should have just patched the wiki links in by themselves or done nothing at all.

I'll release a post in a few days going over what is going to be in v0.13 and I'll update the task board accordingly. This update will not contain much main story content, instead focusing on a few game systems I've been putting off (specifically, debtor's prison and dungeon improvements). I will also work on adding some groundwork for Charlotte's romance and general romance improvements for Rais and Priscilla in the update as well. Obviously the aforementioned request and shop expansions slated for v0.12.4 will also be in v0.13.

I'm sorry about canceling this patch, and I thank you for your understanding regarding this situation. I have exciting plans for how the debtor's prison will work, and I'm thrilled to share those with you soon.
