2022-10-26 11:12:40 +0000 UTCKind of both. You drink the potion to become fertile, but after the first time you give birth, you unlock traits for birth and pregnancy. One of the traits allows you to always be fertile even when not on the potion, though the odds are much lower than with the potion. The potion effects last until you are impregnated.
