Any merc fans here who are happy that the team finally starting to catch up on podiums? :D
I hope Ferrari sort out their issue with the strategy this summer break. I'm not a Ferrari fan but even I was frustrated when they keep making blunders in their strategy.
Well anyway, back on track,
first of all, here is the Targa Florio update version 0.0.17
We've finished modeling the groove all around, but there are still a lot of work need to be done for the variations and tyremarks.
there are also few adjustments on the invisible walls and physical mesh.
But the most work we've done this month was processing the photogrammetry footage. It's PC abuse, basically.
Every 1000 frames took around 7-10 hours to process the dense cloud. And that doesn't include manual cleaning, generating mesh and textures, etc.
And there are more than 100k frames in total i believe lol.
But we are making progress. And we believe we can have the drivable sections soon!
