Handheld Cable Snare
Added 2021-10-25 19:23:39 +0000 UTCA little bit of info about the device that first appeared in issue 4, and featuring quite heavily in issue 6.
I haven't added info about the Resistance function for some reason, but it tightens the cables for a short period of time to help keep control of particularly troublesome captives.
