July Recap

Hope you all have been having a great summer! Thanks for all your support and welcome to all the newcomers! Here's a quick recap of the art I did this past month.

• First, I started the month off a little bit late since I needed to finish page 2 of Peacekeeper.

• I then got a little carried away with our sexy summer-themed CaitVi comic, and we got 3 pages of Turning the Tide instead of the original 2!

• We then, of course, got the latest page of Korra Sandwich.

• Lastly, I'm still working hard on the first page of my Korrasami Day comic. Since I had a late start to July's artwork and Turning the Tide ended up longer than planned, it'll still be a little bit before I finish this and am ready to start on August's art. Also, like I mentioned in last month's recap, I won't be showing the finished pages until December, since I want to keep the full thing a surprise. Instead I decided I'll be sharing a single finished panel of each page every month. Hopefully that'll be enough of a sneak peek until I'm ready to share the entire thing!

August Artwork

Once I'm done with working on the Korrasami Day comic, I'll be jumping to this month's art, focusing first on two ongoing comics before moving onto the pinups you guys voted for. Here's what you can expect:

• To start, I'll be doing the 6th and final page of Korra Sandwich, Part 2.

• I'll then be doing the next page of my Korrasami Day comic in preparation for December. You guys can expect to see a single finished panel from page 2.

• After that, we jump to the pinups! Even with the delay, I should still be able to do 3 of each. And given that both 18+ and SFW polls ended up with the same 3 options (Asami, Korra and Caitlyn), I'll be pairing up the SFW and 18+ pinups for each character, starting with the SFW pinup and following up with a more stripped down 18+ pinup, before moving onto the next character.

• Sorry, Vi, you're the odd girl out this time! Especially since once I'm done with the above 6 pinups, I'd really like to get to some OC stuff if there's still time before the month is over. Buuuuut, maybe you'll get another shot in September?

August polls (for September's art)

For this month's 18+ poll, I'll be bringing back last month's pinup poll. There are several more ladies on last month's list that I'd like to draw but won't be able to this month, so I'll be bringing back the most popular "losers" and replacing the least popular ones with new characters to gauge interest.

As for the SFW poll, after spending the entire summer drawing everyone in sexy swimwear, I've now got an itch to draw some soft and fun (and fully clothed) Korrasami stuff in September. So I'll be proposing a number of ideas for you guys to pick from.

Picking the next 18+ comic

This month will see me wrapping up Part 2 of Korra Sandwich, and I'll be jumping to Part 3 after a short break of a month or two. Sadly, Part 3 will see the end of our Korra-Kuvira-Asami threesome shenanigans, so it's time to pick a new concept for the next 18+ comic after that. On the 5th, I'll be putting up an additional poll with a handful of concepts that Steel patrons and above can vote for. The options will be the remaining ones from last time.

Even though this new comic won't be coming until around mid-2025, I'm getting in on it early because I'll need time to write the script and storyboard it all out, especially since I'd like it to be a little bit more story-driven this time (but still have plenty of naughty fun, of course).
