Chapter 75: Soul Stealer

And a second thought involving the soulseizer flower, could Zorian pull the same trick as the flower for using the soul cores as mana batteries? Under normal conditions, Zorian wouldn't kill someone to get them, but in this case, there's some free cores right in front of him.

David Wild

So something that came to mind. You had written that soul sight triggers after someone has died, and all the potion does is mimic the process to kind of trick the soul into turning that on. I'm guessing there's some special process to the loop which keeps that from happening for Zach and Zorian?

David Wild

Love how Zorian is still a bad guy with his brothers. Hope to get to Fortov better, understanding their misunderstanding (even if it's a mean character, he should have some good side)

They also cannot kill it carefully enough to preserve it's value as an alchemical ingredient. If he just wanted to kill it, he would have burned it to cinders with artillery magic while staying firmly outside it's striking range.

Domagoj Kurmaic

Wouldn't it be way easier to just send his golems to take care of the soulseizer flower? They don't have souls that can get attacked.

Brotherly love eh?

So much is happening these last few chapters that it dawns on me again, how powerful Zorian is (and will become). As for this chapter, loved the humor with the soul flower and the insights into Fortov. Only feedback would be that the opening section had some exposition dumps that felt odd.

Satya Prateek

Gah, I hate how this book's chapters don't just go on forever into eternity. <3 Thanks so much!

Thanks for the chapter. I found some typos: The walked through -> They in the courts -> (no in) the courts found his dead -> him That's par -> part
