he originally stated 8-10 chapters at around chapter 92? which would have implied an end at 102 which seems impossible now. The end should be very very close however. If theres one thing I appreciate, nobody103 has never been one to drag on fights with boring, repetitive details. Essentially we have dealing with the escaped loopers, the lich, the dragons, the wraiths, along with dealing with the contract and transition chapters. Seems like a lot of stuff, but since Zach and Zorian can deal with multiple things at once, we're probably 6 or so chapters from the conclusion, 10 at most.

2019-05-20 21:04:22 +0000 UTCThe idea behind the fourth arc is not to be exciting new mystery or to have a new plot as meaningful as the current one. It's meant to be more of an exploration about what happens after the story itself ends - how the characters fare, how the world reacts to the events that transpired, and so on. But as I said, nothing is set in stone in that regard. I'd first have to make a plot outline before I could start writing that, and I refuse to start on that until the current story is done.

While I'd like to read about Zorian and Zach after it all ends, I think it might become a bit boring since they're so powerful now, though with your skill I'm sure you could make it work. And I'd love to read about the plethora of other great characters you created, like Novelty, maybe Kyrielle getting in magic school, Zorian's classmates, or really any other of the wonderful characters you created. Nevertheless, if you plan on going in a whole different direction and universe with your writing, I would still stick around to read it.

2019-05-15 18:14:59 +0000 UTCIt was a little shorter than usual, yes. The chapters fluctuate in length, sometimes a great deal. Normally I aim for the 6-8 thousand words, and this chapter is barely within that limit, but in the past they have gone as low as 5 thousand or as high as 14 thousand. I did think about it, but I have no hard plans yet. I will definitely continue writing, but I have no decided on anything yet. An optional 4th arc about the immediate aftermath of the main plot is under consideration, and I have a bunch of new story ideas. I also intend to look into publishing after finishing the story, and that is going to take up an unknown amount of time. We'll see.
