I know you people keep telling me not to worry about these kind of delays so I'll hold back on the apologies and self-flagellation... I really did think I was going to make it on time this chapter, though.

Nah, it's okay. We can read it forever, basically, but you can only work on it once. So, keep having fun with your story and don't fuss about it. :)

The only thing I would be upset about is if you rushed the story and ruined all of the work you put into it.

At this rate all that's happening is that you're adding unnecessary anxiety for yourself which might lead to a worse story. Especially since it's nearing the end...
