As the vibrant roar of the Year of the Dragon fades, its fiery energy gives way to the enigmatic Year of the Snake. This transition feels like the perfect time to pause, reflect, and celebrate just how far A Mirror's Curse has come. What began as a humble idea in the back of my mind has grown into something far more significant, thanks to your support, kind words, and enthusiasm.

This past year marked the game's first few steps into the world, and the progress we've made together is astounding. Let's take a second to celebrate some of the milestones.

The game's word count has skyrocketed from 0 to 188,000 words—longer than Great Expectations by Charles Dickens and nearly three times the length of The War of the Worlds by H.G. Wells.

We've added 3 CGs, 7 backgrounds, and more custom art, making A Mirrors' Curse one of the most visually rich TGTF games even at this early stage of development.

The paperdoll system, once just a single post on an art forum, has blossomed into a robust feature with modular parts and countless custom assets.

What's been most meaningful though is the impact the game has had on so many of you. Hearing how A Mirror's Curse has helped players feel seen and represented in ways they never have before is humbling beyond words.
