I tested using the full range of apertures (excluding F22). There are many examples in the photos I have shared that list the F16 aperture. The high resolution images on the Flickr Pro account list all of the EXIF data used to capture the photo.

2025-10-02 06:46:25 +0000 UTCDear Mark. Thanks for the review and for sharing sample photos. My experience with the old slow 90mm is that insect photos are best at f14-16 (using flash) while it at f20 significantly softened. Did you test at f-stops higher than f8?
