Dev Update: First Gameplay Footage!
Added 2021-12-20 21:19:06 +0000 UTCHey folks! I have something really cool to show you. I've attached the first gameplay footage to this post. My programmer and I got the text box and response system all set up; it's pretty cool how much we're able to do already.
I took some of the Kara models I finished, and whipped up a little scene for you guys! It's still a work in progress, but I'm pleased with how Kara is looking so far.
The next few steps will be:
- Adding SFX for selection and advancing dialogue.
- Polishing up the text box system (I want to see if we can get the responses moved to the left side of the screen, so we're never blocking Kara.
- Redoing the background to match the sharpness of the new models.
Thank you guys so much for all the support so far, I promise I'll be hard at work over the next few weeks getting this all set up so it can actually be played!
