Noland was branded a liar by a selfish, arrogant king, which just goes to show how easily people can be manipulated into believing the true lie brought to us by those who have power and influence. This wonderful man died scorned by the general populace because of the lies of this disgraceful king when Noland was nothing but loyal to the king, the kingdom and his family. He never got to see his great friend, Calgara, again because of a freak natural occurrence that landed in a different place than before. This flashback is both beautiful and heartbreaking 😭😭😭 Then we come back to the present with anime Eminem, the jerk

That being the sole reason of wanting to take back their land to ring that bell is such a great motive. I cry tears every time from Calgara and Noland's story, it's written so well. Skypiea is so peak, literally haha
