Way too late to the party but, No Ram didn't kill Barusu in the forest that was all Rem, same with the night when his hand flew off, the first night we don't know apart from that he died while sleeping. Yes Roswaal talked about getting rid of him with Ram but she said to wait and see, meanwhile Rem is too overprotective and decided to jump into action. Also about them holding his hands, yeah they wanted him dead before but those were all times where he acted very sus overall, meanwhile that time he was just suffering in bed the whole time so they only saw him as that and wanted to help.

2025-08-27 10:16:19 +0000 UTCThe sisters back story really got you, for me first time watching this was when Subaru was totally breaking down after getting killed by Rem. There will be some tough episodes ahead and you aren't even on season 2 yet which has couple of really amazing episodes.
