When are you planning to post your reaction to Episode 4?

Of course with this Joel it’s also Pedro Pascal, so there’s even more emotional attachment isn’t there. When the second game came out there was the same outrage, people refused to play the game, refusing to go on. I hadn’t played the first game when I first played Part 2 (because at the time it was only on the ps3 and I never had one), so I didn’t mind playing as Abby later on. I liked Abby. I wonder how they will show Abby’s story in the tv show, will we build an attachment to her somehow?

Unless......Ellie and Dina get shot by snipers while moseying up the main street on their one and only horse, and then Tommy and Jesse become the stars of the show and go off on a triple revenge crusade. By the end of the series, the top billed star could be someone who hasn't even turned up yet.

"I don't think she can't be saved. She is just going to do what she wants to do." Agree. "Just these two?" Yep, ridiculous. Two tiny girls.

I watched this two days ago and just watched Cassie's reaction this morning. She really does get invested in characters, doesn't she? And I'm not sure there are too many characters she's been more invested in than Joel and Ellie. I'm not quite that bad with fictional characters. I think the last time a series bugged me for so long after an episode was "Nashville" a few years back, and that was because Hayden Panettiere's character (for a certain period of it) annoyed me so much I could barely stand it. Having a crush on Bonnie Hunt, who Hayden's character constantly disrespected, didn't help the situation. I wouldn't say I'm fully "back in" to The Last of Us. I still feel like the soul of the show was removed last week. But it's been so good, we really have to keep going. I can't say I'm too enthused about the revenge quest though. Two young girls against an organised army? Please please please, writers, don't turn this into a Cynthia Rothrock movie where the stuntmen have to give Oscar-worthy performances to make the main characters look like Chuck Norris.

There are bullets made. That was established back in season 1. If there's a factory in Atlanta, probably a factory elsewhere too.

Nathan Jasper, the Artist Formerly Known as Primary

Those weirdoes were a cult that uses old tech like hammers and bows and arrows and whistles, they are the mortal enemies of the WLF.

Jayson Phillips

A minor series criticism is WLF did not pick up & reload their spent brass. I doubt there are any bullets made or gun stores.
