[YT Edit] Leon: The Professional (1994)

Hey guys! Here is the YT edit for "Leon: The Professional" which will premiere shortly!

[YT Edit] Leon: The Professional (1994)

Comments

I just watched the YT version... and commented there. My observation is that Mathilda was very smart and she was trying to take control of her own life... in her own way using whatever experience she has had up to that point. She had the agency. Compared to Leon who was trapped in the world he was in. You could say they both were using their wiles. Leon had no future, there was no light at the end of his tunnel. But in his time with Mathilda he found a purpose. And Mathilda gets a chance to grow into adulthood and to live a life.

You could say this is a hit…😉😂

This has 119 thousand views after three days on YouTube.

I sensed the same with the full reaction. Mathilde was really pushing it for a while, but Leon did not reciprocate or encourage. He just seemed uncomfortable.

Yes, but made a great movie! One of my favorites.

Watched this one yesterday, and I have to say, I don't think the relationship dynamic between Mathilde and Leon was too bad. Mathilde was really pushing it for a while (which was squirmy), but in the YT edit at least, Leon did not reciprocate or encourage her AT ALL. He just seemed uncomfortable the whole time, which is as it should be. Again, I only watched the YT edit, so I hope there weren't any real cringey parts in the full version.

She saw it before the channel.

Cassie - You should watch "The Darkest Hour" with Gary Oldman as Winston Churchill. Amazing movie!

Just a reminder, Luc Besson made this movie because he was inspired by the sexual relationship he had with a 12 year old that he had a child with a few years later when she was 15. Besson later went on to be accused of sexual misconduct by a nearly a dozen women.

I think it was some kind of glitch on Patreon. It’s up folks! She’s not the only one to have this problem…

So we are playing catch-up my wild love ( A Doors Song) she had never seen it before. It had been years since I had seen it. She liked it although she thought it was a little unbelievable. I of course liked it which I thought I did. I didn't have any bad memories towards it. She wants to see your reaction to latest The Last Of Us. Then we will finish Mad Max since we started it this morning.

Seems fine now, guess there was something wrong last night but it's autoplaying now in this thread for me today

Is the vid working for you here?

Great reaction Cassie, I haven’t seen this for decades! But I do remember liking it. My opinion hasn’t changed, it’s a good watch. I think the difference with the extended cut, is it adds in scenes which makes the whole relationship between them both weirder, I mean, not always a comfortable watch! Gary Oldman is awesome in everything he is in. If you want to see a few more of his performances try: “Darkest hour” 2017 Or if you want to continue the story from silence of the lambs, then he is in the sequel “Hannibal” 2001

Was this removed for a reason?

Keep talking to yourself.
