I’m glad Ben put this on his list, I feel like it might have been underrated? Ok, heading to Vegas, I’ll call you when I get back ;)

Nobody is gonna wanna come gamble in a place where the management kills, attack or rips off the winners. And yes kgb’s tell was when he was bluffing he would pick up a Oreo and separate it but NOT eat it. When he had a great hand or “a monster” he’d split the Oreo and eat it. Mike decided to point out his tell to KGB because he knew it would enrage him. Mike wants him emotional because it makes for an easier opponent. Usually you notice the tell, you keep quiet and use the knowledge in the game, but Mike was working with a clock. The tell would provide an advantage in the long term but exposing his tell to make him angry would provide a larger advantage in the short.

2025-06-30 12:03:04 +0000 UTCInteresting that this is the second movie in which Matt Damon's character acts as narrator (the other one being The Rainmaker). When I think of narration in a movie I always think of Morgan Freeman and The Shawshank Redemption, but it seems Matt Damon also has a good voice for narration. Regarding strip clubs in movies, I think a big reason you see that is because you watch a lot of older movies for your channel. Strip clubs are still around as a novelty, but they were a lot more popular in the 80s and 90s before we had the internet.
