Cassie was engaged throughout, there were plenty of jumpscares, and the film itself is actually pretty good for a cashgrab sequel. Without Scheider, maybe it's a bit so-what, but with him, it's a good extension to the story. Also, when this came out, I wanted to marry Ann Dusenberry. When I watched Heroes many years later, I thought it was her who played Niki/Tracy. Turned out it was Ali Larter.

Even though your more likely to get killed by lightning strike than you are shark attack. You are more likely to hear about the shark attack that didn't kill someone.
