Yeah, love is a door that should swing both ways. Both sides protect, trust, and support each other. Lynn, you’re telling us that it’s okay for you to throw away your future for Lincoln but it’s not okay for him to do the same for you? It’s okay for you to make the decision you want but not him?

For one, there are still 10 pages of this volume left, enough time for drama to still unfold. And for another, the lyrics to "Rewrite the Stars" don't exactly end on a positive note.

2024-02-02 16:08:24 +0000 UTCAll valid arguments on Lynn’s behalf, but yet I find it a little ironic when Lynn says that she’s willing to risk everything to be with Lincoln, but won’t do it because of Lincoln’s future. So, let me try to understand this: Lynn is the one that just sacrificed her chance to train and play with the L.A. Galaxy and yet, she doesn’t want Lincoln to throw away his future for her sake? That’s not a fair argument. You can’t be that stubborn, Lynn: who are you trying to kid? How about we let Lincoln decide how he wants his future to unfold? Because I’m pretty sure after he just poured his heart out like that, the only future he wants is one that has Lynn in it. Also, when Lynn says she wanted nothing more than to finish what they started last year – that brought the biggest smile to my face and, admittedly, I let my mind explore those endless possibilities.
