Hey all,
We're happy to bring you our second crop of Badlands maps for this month, with more still on the way to come! This release alone is more than 20 new maps! Be sure to check out the Badlands Gallery for a full view of all the new maps, as I'll just be putting a couple in this post! All of the maps in this release contain day & night variants, and most of them also include blank versions!
Broken Chains is a canyon where the remnants of an eldritch ritual can be found - an occult symbol carved into the ground, or a pool of blood in the likeness of a sacred rune. Either side, enormous chains now lie in ruins - Whatever was once imprisoned here now seems to be on the loose.
Broken Chains includes variants for Day, Night, Dormant/Active rituals, A canopy rock arch, and blank variants.

Death Pits is a large tar pit spanning dozens of feet, in the middle of secluded scrubland. The collosal remnants of an enormous mammoth (and an even more ancient beast) lie preserved across the tar, having been picked clean over centuries or millenia. Enterprising heroes can clamber over the bones, or pass beneath the enormous rib cages to traverse the pit.
Death Pits comes with Day and Night variants.

Gorge is a series of maps spanning a Badlands canyon, with many variants available. In several of these maps, a wooden rail bridge has been constructed across the canyon. For our Foundry users, they are able to pass beneath the scaffolding using canopy functionality, and then clamber up onto the bridge proper just in time to catch their train. A map that provides a lot of fun with verticality.
Gorge comes with Day & Night variants, as well as variants with or without the rail road, and the gorge flooded with a fast-flowing river.

Meat Market showcases a small outpost in the middle of the wilderness, where traders meet to barter and sell the hardy and rare livestock found in these regions. A number of buildings allow this map to function as a small settlement, and there are a number of guard/scout's posts dotted around that our Foundry users can climb up with Levels to gain a better vantage over the region.
Meat Market comes with day/night variants, as well as blanks if you'd like to experience the mesa without the outpost.

The gallery has been updated with this content, as well as pCloud, which you can access through your Theme Master List and the Foundry VTT module is updated and ready to be downloaded.

We still have more content to come this month, including an ambitiously large Badlands dungeon map that we're particularly excited about!
Just a final reminder that we recently invited you to vote on an upcoming theme. At the time of posting this message there are only 4 days left - be sure to throw your vote in to help decide what we cover in May, after April's soon-to-be-announced theme! You can find the poll here.
Until next time,
Keep Rollin' those 20's, folks!
