World Wonders 02 | Yester Cairns | Plain Terrain

Hey all!

Here we are with a massive second release of World Wonders maps, a Vampire Hunter map, and another great Kickstarter shout-out!

The MAD Cartographer

Chichen Itza

A temple located deep in dense rainforest, filled with Yuan-Ti imagery and remnants of those who used to worship here. At the centre of the temple is a shimmering pool - what powers does it contain? Variants are included for Day/Night, and the temple exterior/interior.

The Coliseum

An enormous coliseum, highly reminiscent of Ancient Rome, only with fantasy twists! This massive arena comes with 10 different versions, each of which has a crowd/empty stand variant, resulting in 20 maps! You need to check the gallery out to appreciate the number of variants available for this map!

• Basic
• Columns - Breaking up line of sight or can be climbed on top of.
• Maze - Navigate your way through a maze, climbing up onto viewing platforms for an advantage
• Race Track
• Lava Field - Get onto the pillars before the lava engulfs the arena!
• Lava Platforms - Battle on a series of iron platforms - don't get pushed into the lava!
• Sky Pit - Clouds and a distant ground drift by far below. To fall means death!
• Water - A flooded arena
• Boat Battle - A flooded arena with a pitched boat battle
• Water Platforms - Several wooden jetty's and crows nest platforms can be scaled for a tactical advantage.

Petit Trianon

A large stately home, surrounded by well-maintained grounds. The mansion contains a number of discreet servant hallways, staff areas, and opulent function and entertaining rooms for the owner. The Levels module allows characters to make use of a number of different staircases to navigate the floors and roof of this large manor, perfect for use by a Noble in your campaign. This map spans 3 floors, and a Day/Night variant of each are included.

The gallery has been updated with this content, as well as pCloud, which you can access through your Theme Master List and the Foundry VTT module is updated and ready to be downloaded.

Vampire Hunters

Yester Cairns

Rising up from the forest, the path towards the ancient burial site of Yester Hill is littered with burial cairns to the druidic peoples who lived here, until Strahd drove them out during his conquest of the valley. Some of them linger to this day as powerful spirits, and those who wander the mist may encounter them as they make their way to discover what is transpiring at the top of Yester Hill.

The Yester Cairns path provides a useable, scaled-down battle map segment of that path, on what is an unfeasibly large area to represent in-game for a lot of DMs. The path up to the hill is provided, as well as several of the ring roads that span the hill. Small trees and shrubs litter the rise, and a number of the large imposing burial cairns take centre point. A Day and Night variant is included for this map.
