I would also encourage you to read the very obvious "PATREON FAQs / WELCOME" post that is pinned to the top of her page, as that would have answered your question. It is also written on your membership info "You will need your own copy of the Movie/Show to watchalong.".

You are supposed to sync up your own video of the anime(i usually just have the episode open on another screen, but Centane's layout makes it really easy to have a smaller window with the anime open over the place the video is on her video). If someone posts reactions with full video and sound, that channel won't survive long before getting drowned in copyright strikes, unfortunatly.
