Great Spring 2022 Art Drive is underway!
Added 2022-05-16 18:52:29 +0000 UTCWe are well into our recruiting drive for 2022. So what's the mean, exactly?
We are going to start production up on most of our tickling comic lines, based on reader feedback. I think we're going to focus first on getting The Agencies, Yelena, and The Cyriaan Chronicles back online, based on feedback we've received. If those three comic lines get a decent reception, we will focus on phase two which is to bring The Ruthless and Tickle Magnet back online, as well.
In order to do that, we need a lot of talented people to make that happen. Line artists, colorists, letterers. We reached out to several artists, posted job ads, and solicted several portfolios and submissions. We have narrowed it down to a dozen or fewer artists, and will be doing some final tests in the next couple of weeks. While it was overwhelming to to receive as much attention as we got to the posts, it was also a great feeling to be working with artists again.
I am hesitant to post any of their artwork until they've signed a contract with us. But I am interested in sharing more about the production process as it develops, if you all are interested.
