If a character has artwork but isn't in the party, it means they're important in some way. I don't want to spoil who Delilah is or whether she gets tickled. All of that will is for you to experience when you play the game!
The colored artwork is the approved, final artwork to appear in game. The sketches are just that, pieces of work you'll not see anywhere else as Delilah started to take shape.
