I am developing my second tickling RPG called Tickle Magnet #11. In it, I am planning on an optional combat system based largely on tickling. I have a loosely defined system cobbled together, and I wanted to get folks' thoughts on it before moving forward to implementation and testing. I would love to hear your thoughts!
