It's one of my all-time favorite kpop arrangements. Adding From the New World into Wonderland was a stroke of genius.

2024-01-27 10:41:36 +0000 UTCATEEZ's performance of "Wonderland" here, the mashup with "Symphony From the New World," is hands down one of my favorite things in Kpop. I love it. And certainly, I think that ATEEZ deserved the win with that stage, for so many reasons. But, personally, I just really, really loved BTOB's stage aha. I'm not saying it was better, because between the work and the choreo and the effects and the mashup, I think ATEEZ's stage had more going for it. Just purely subjectively, I liked BTOB's the most in this round.

On the plus side, I always think of that tweet after the field day episode "Congratulations to Mingi and Hyunjin for being the only members of their groups to still be able to father children" lmaoo

I watch them all repeatedly (like a couple times a month repeatedly) but I’m super keen for you to see their second last stage, it’s my favourite performance of theirs from every single stage of their career. Their growth on this show was insane, ESPECIALLY with mnet out to get them but I’m so proud of them. Super sad the Mingi missed out as he was on hiatus for his health at the time.

But I also just need you to know that I fully got Patreon just so I could have someone to watch Kingdom with. I’m glad it’s you, Cam 😂 One more thing, I think you’re gonna LOVE the field day episode, I think it’s episode 6. It’s just so fun and adorable! Plus there is SO MUCH potential for dubs in that episode. 😂😁 Edit: You should check out the drama Imitation! Hwiyoung (rapper) from SF9 was just talking to Lee Jun Young who is the star of the drama. Chani from SF9 as well as San, Yunho, Jongho, and Seonghwa from ATEEZ all star in it! It’s about toxic idol life and all that goes with it

2023-10-10 01:41:21 +0000 UTCone thing i have to say is that i am sooo sad about how kingdom is edited sometimes. jacob (the boyz) is the best example. he is barely shown and that’s just very sad because he is one of the most talented people i have ever seen. anyway…i really enjoy watching you watch kingdom even though i am watching it at least for the fourth time already haha. everything that is about to come is going to blow your mind. :)

All teams worked really hard but Ateez was iconic, still the best performance for me from the whole Kingdom till today. BTOB and The Boys I really loved the songs they performed and loved how they presented them. In Ateez channel they have a video showing how was the preparation for this stage and honestly was hard, they didn't sleep for days, were doing the comeback while preparing for the show and 4 members had a drama they were filming. I think they pushed to the point of get exhausted to the max. But like they always say effort never betray, I was glad they did so well.

Still makes me mad when you can see how wrecked Ateez were from practicing back to back with comeback and they have them sat on those damn crappy chairs! Every time i see those chairs i get mad for those poor tired boys :(

I think you’ll especially enjoy the challenge where the groups team up! Also as you mentioned, one of Ateez’s members is gone. Rapper Mingi! He was on hiatus during this and came back during their next comeback album! Also would like to add that since you enjoyed their performance of Wonderland so much, they actually put it on one of their albums, Zero Fever Epilogue if you wanted to stream it! They also have 2 more songs on it that they performed on kingdom as well (: one being wave which they did for their intro stage and another you will see towards the end of the show! So so looking forward to your next reaction, you’ve always been one of my faves because you genuinely enjoy the music and can appreciate it well since you know what it takes! BRB gonna go listen to some of your songs now :P

And yes, Mingi (the other Rapper in Ateez) was on hiatus for mental health reasons when the group decided to do Kingdom so he wasn't there but they performed the Kingdom remixes they did on the show with Mingi when he came back from hiatus.

The rest of the groups are really different from them so it's hard to rank them in my opinion, but Ikon's mashup always resonates with me. It's really the only one that I remember when I'm not watching the show and I've seen it multiple times now.
