I'm so sorry to hear you're going through it as well. Back in 2019, I was training like an idiot. BJJ and heavy weight lifting -- I broke my body down and I'm paying greatly for it now. My old MCL, LCL, Meniscus injuries have come back with a vengeance. This time around, I didn't do anything out of the ordinary. I went for a casual walk, came back home, knees were swollen and throbbing. Constant bengay application, icing, and ibuprofen helps alleviate the pain but these are just temporary fixes... Not being able to stand up at times is the scariest thing I've ever experienced. I never thought something like that was possible until recently... Anyway, MK is doing an amazing job helping me survive. I'm incredibly grateful to be alive, have MK, and awesome friends like yourself. This message has definitely boosted my morale <3

It’s gotten a lot better for me over this past year and the crazy part is i don’t even know exactly what is wrong. Im pretty sure it’s a musculoskeletal/nerve issue but I’ve been managing to make it work. Im very curious about your meniscus tears. Have you been having issues with your knees for a while now or was this an injury that happened in the spur of the moment? I know you go to the gym and workout thats why Im asking. It’s also crazy to me that both of them are torn at the same time. Best wishes and i really do hope you get the help you deserve. It’s important to take care of our body’s but injures and set backs happen. Don’t give up!
