problems and more problems with gumroad

Unfortunately, I've been receiving several reports from customers having trouble purchasing through Gumroad. The platform has been experiencing issues and doesn't provide clear information on when or how these errors will be resolved.

I don’t know if I’m in the minority, but I’ve never had problems with Gumroad. I don’t know if that’s because I use Safari on a Mac, but I’ve literally never had a problem that either a page refresh or reopen the link again in a new window hasn’t solved over the last few years of using it.

2024-11-08 05:15:56 +0000 UTCI only seem to have trouble downloading from Gumroad when I use Firefox. If I use Chrome, it works well every time.

2024-11-08 02:49:13 +0000 UTCPlease if possible continue also uploading on Gumroad!! Gumroad is definitely a bugged website, but Cults is also quite buggy! Some other Patreons are uploading on both, so if that's a possibility it would be great. :)
