our was from 15 to 19. I see it more as a advantage to be a tinny bit more mature before deciding on what college to go and deciding for a future. But i see why you see it like that. My HS was like 90% girls so we never had a 15yo even date a 19yo. But our school system is very different from the USA

2024-02-16 20:02:40 +0000 UTCMy high school was also 3 years but due to less students , years later they changed to 4. My freshman year of high school was actually my senior year of jr high. I think a 3 year makes more sense. When we graduate high school we are either 17 or 18 years old in The USA. now that my old school district has a 4 year program, there are 14 year olds in school with some 18 year olds. That's too big of a difference in my opinion. Having 14 year olds in school with legal adults. It seems wrong to me
