No zenis isnt and neither was paul zenis mum was a follower of milis and hated paul because he broke his word which why she so mean to aisha (reference to when aisha stated zenis mum called her the child of a concubine)

Yes, they left a lot of Rudy’s dispare out of the episode. They also left out the talk that Grandma had with Roxy before the hookup. In the light novel Rudy was very depressed and in a much worst state than shown in the anime.

as a LN reader (obviously i'm not going to spoil anything) the only thing that i'd say is that a lot of wrong choices were made while adapting this episode

In this part of the story, I think the light novels did a better job of showing the depths of Rudy's despair and depression after Paul's death. In the episode you could see his cheeks were sunken a bit, but that's almost the only indicator of the passage of time. He was in a rough condition. Roxy didn't just immediately decide to jump him. Still a good episode, it just felt rushed to me. Then again, we've seen plenty of Rudy being depressed already so it makes sense to shorten it in a way.

Yeah they got married way back in season 1 during volume 1. In this world multiple wives is a somewhat common thing, but for whatever reason the anime didnt mention it at all
