2024-11-04 21:59:01 +0000 UTCEp 12… He was hurt a lot more in the manga and LN. Also there was a bit more romance in the cave ( nothing bad or cringing ) I love the leopard character of Eve Speed. There is more also more internal monologue of Eve and the Seras and even the Lizbeth while in the cave as our MC recuperates from more sever injuries. They should get to Eve’s back story early in season 2 ( if they have one ) as it happens just bit later in the story.

I guess they are trying to get to the next arc faster, but hope they don’t jump too much. The face monsters in the manga were crazy. Also the horse story was lacking in this episode compare to the orinal material. I hope they don’t cut more of the relationship stuff.

2024-09-14 08:51:19 +0000 UTCChapter 9, I think they didn’t explain well the freezing magic. Basically if he freezes something that is alive it becomes indestructible but if he freezes something that is dead or not alive like a thing, when he smashes it it shatters into a powder of nothingness.

2024-09-05 20:44:44 +0000 UTCChapter 8 comments: This ark is one of my favorites. Love how this show doesn’t as many anime/isekai tropes (but it does have enough). It has medieval Europe check, Beast folks checks, revenge check; but some different things like the MC will kill you if you are bad. No chances for redemption. The boss lady tavern scene with Liz and her “kidnapping” was a little diferente in the manga, it was a bit better in the manga. Our MC was already in the tavern at a table vs coming in. After Eve left with Liz he heard that tavern boss lady taking about telling the Duke right away and other bad things. That adds to the reason he wants to punish her. I also think the anime wasn’t as ruthless to the boss lady as the manga was. Eve Speed is also a very good character. I hope they later show Eves, Liz and the Witch back story. They did give us that later in the manga. I’m not sure the manga is competed yet, I think (may be wrong) that the LN is completed but not the manga. But don’t worry there is plenty left for another season. I hope they make another season.
