It relies on the "new" asset library. See below how to use.
I don't even know how many poses there are but a whole lot (1700+).
This will work for all my models (males or females)
Little trick, if you select bones, the poses will only affect those bones so you can combine poses that way to create something else.
How to use :
1. Put everything from the archive in a folder
2. Define that folder as an asset library folder in blender parameters
3. Access it from any blender file with the asset browser
