Blender 3.3 required for latest models

Blender 3.3 changed an old node called "separate RGB" to "separate colors".
I'm not sure why they did it (most probably geometry nodes) but it will make any model saved in blender 3.3 incompatible with older blender versions.
If you wanna use the latest models like Rey, Trilla and probably the witcher girls too, you'll have to switch to blender 3.3, otherwise you'll get something cursed like the picture above.
