She has 1 outfit, 1 hairstyle and 2 face textures (with & without lipstick - skin properties section). You can still add the UI lipstick on top of the no lipstick face if that makes sense...you'll understand when using it.
Also the eyes makeup is located in the extras section of the UI as it's a separate mesh.
I might have gone a bit too far with the breasts cup size but I fully blame the btggf meme.
