UI update with IK fix & switch to Blender 4.0

_Blender 4.0
I've decided to switch to blender 4.0 today (officially releases nov. 7th).
Why now and not the 7th ? Because I'm tired of working on 2 different version of the UI. There are some breaking changes so it's not possible to have a working version of the UI on both blender 3 & 4. I also had to compromise for Keira knowing it would require an update very soon and I don't want to do that anymore.
The default download on gdrive is now blender 4.0 version while 3.5+ version is in the "unsupported folder".
I'm going to update a few models to take full advantage of the bone collections in the coming days.
_IK fix
@Cerbskies reported that knees & elbows were rotating with the hip bone in IK mode which creates some unwanted behavior.
Both version 3 and 4 of the UI have been udpated with the fix.
To apply the fix, you need to use the "Fix IK knees&elbows" button under the IK/FK section, fixes subsection. It basically parents the knees & elbows to the master bone.
Do it once, save the file and never think about it again.
Upcoming models will have the fix included by default.
