She has 4 outfits, 1 hairstyle. Some outfits have variations and/or can be customized through UI.
The tentacles on the alien outfit can look weird on some positions because of corrective shapekeys. I assume nobody will use it anyway so it's no big deal but it can be fixed with a bit of sculpting, or by disabling the problematic shapekey.
