I cant say for certain that she is heading towards her as it doesnt clearly show which direction she goes, but on the sign, the arrow pointing left that says "BANDITS" leads to Kuroyuri - The town where Ruby and gang encountered Tyrion (Scorpion Guy) and Qrow. When Yang says, "You are in so much trouble when i find you.", I'm pretty sure she means Ruby (The red paint wasnt there when ruby found the sign so graffiti is implied.
