Yes. It's insanely beneficial for All For One: it enables him to potentially scan HUNDREDS of people and know their weakpoints and QUIRKS, so he can scan for any potential Quirks he might want to steal from someone.

Pixie Bob, the blonde, was the one who could manipulate earth.
