This arc will explain quite a lot of important stuff about power balancing in one piece. And enel is quite powerful as you can see the way he knocked hus 3 priests in the blink of an eye. Also the ship thing is obe reason that the upcomibg filler arc (G8) is so good as it explains that thing very well.
