So yea what you have to remember about this anime is it's based off of a light novel series. Every season is 3 books length. But season 3 is presented differently than the novels. The whole first arc in season 3 is book 8 while the rest of the season is books 7 and 9. Book 8 was kinda filler in a way. Even in the novel the bath scene is left as is and not explained fully.

Yeah it was in Season 1 Ep1 or Ep2 where Ainz said that the World is like a Treasure he would like to take, something like that. For Demiurge that was a "I wanna rule the world... thats my goal"

They said Lucifer, but it was only a Golem harboring his voice.

He mentioned if off-hand to Demiurge in episode 2 i believe. or rather, he was talking out loud when Demiurge was listening. But then he denied it internally afterwards, So, all demiurge heard was the 'taking over the world'/ 'world domination' part of it.

Found on reddit: As explained in the light novels, Lucifer was a prankster in the guild. He was known for creating golems that ‘accidentally’ attacked other guild members. In the first novel Ainz is wary of the throne room doors because Lucifer helped create them and the angel/demon motifs look so realistic he wonders if they are hidden golems. The doors end up being safe but apparently Lucifer did leave one such golem in the bath that would activate if someone broke Japanese bathing etiquette. Albedo did not rinse before entering the bath, causing the golem to activate, say it’s pre-recorded lines (in Lucifer’s voice) and attack. There is no continuation because all the guardians can easily take down any golem (except perhaps gargantua, who is a special case). It was just a gag to end the show.
