Coming Back

Alright guys. As some may know from Discord, I've come back after being away for various reasons. Some mundane, some extremely personal. I don't really want to talk about it, to be honest. I do want to make some announcements so you all can decide if you wish to continue to support me.

Firstly, I will not be continuing Age of Gods anytime soon. I am not completely giving the story up but I am putting it on an extended hiatus. I've lost the motivation to continue it and don't really know where I plan for it to go. I will promise that I plan to return to it in the future. Even if that means rewriting it from the beginning a third time to get it correct and perfect it even more. It's a story I love and I will continue to tell it in the future.

Secondly, while I may not be continuing Age of Gods, I have been thinking of another story I wish to tell. While it will not be the same, it shares some common themes that I hope you all will enjoy. I can say for sure that the story will not be a VRMMO and will instead take place in a 'real' world that's similar to but different from our own. I've already started writing it and will be posting the prologue and first few chapters right after this. Read it and let me know what you think. Just keep in mind that it's still at the very beginning. It will pick up steam and become more interesting as it continues.

Lastly, I believe one of the issues I had burning myself out on Age of Gods was the sheer amount I was writing each week. For the new story, I intend to take my time and do it properly. So releases might not be as often but I hope the quality will make up for that. I will think of how to adjust the Patreon tiers to match the slower writing speed. If you have any suggestions I am willing to listen to them.

Anyways, thank you all for sticking with me and I hope you enjoy the new novel.
