I believe her name is 'Sabrina' and based upon a much older idea that X3Z has worked on in the past. Her story was never told however.

2017-05-01 05:06:28 +0000 UTCThat was Syndori and I wouldn't bank on that recent series being finished as X3Z sometimes needs to start rendering with his muse and often that'll be the result. It's fine and mini-sets come and go as it's something expected of his work. Take this commission for example, it actually stems from a mini-set that was last seen in 01/2015 that didn't result in sex, it was more an idea about the horror of scene at the time more than anything else I feel. And just now, we have this. :) So my point is, Syndori as his muse makes her his test subject as well quite often. I'd love to see more myself, but I feel it was a renewed kickstarter for him to begin on Commissions. When we'll get a story set rolling, we usually can tell when that happens. ;) I hope that is helpful? :)
